What Participants Are Saying
This experience challenged me to think beyond traditional fundraising and understand that sustainable impact is built through strong systems, strategic partnerships, donor confidence, evidence-based programming, and organizational positioning. As the development landscape continues to evolve, organizations that invest in systems strengthening and strategic resource mobilization will be better positioned to create lasting community change. Grateful for the practical insights, powerful conversations, and transformational learning experience. Special thanks to the founders, Pamela Ndiga and Esther Nyaga for the exceptional and practical training.
I had the privilege of joining DhamiraNN’s Global Advisory Strategic Resource Mobilisation for Scaled Impact training on 15th May 2026. This experience offered valuable, deep, practical, and actionable insights on strengthening organizational systems, best practices for positioning to influence strategic grant opportunities, and building the foundations required for scaled impact through the Thyroid Disease Awareness Kenya Foundation (TDAK). A key shift for me was learning how to think more intentionally, especially from the donor’s perspective: asking sharper questions, being honest with the answers, and the readiness to implement actionable systems and structures, ensuring the organisation is structured and communicated in a way that inspires confidence and credibility. Most importantly, it reaffirmed that sustainable impact is built on integrity, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful, lasting change. Special appreciation to Esther Nyaga and Pamela Ndiga for your dedication and leadership in advancing this important work. Your commitment made the experience both enriching and impactful. I am truly inspired; my thinking has expanded, and I look forward to future collaborations as we continue building stronger systems for sustainable impact.
